1. Weight calculation rules

The larger of the actual weight and material weight (excluding 8000) is rounded up in grams.

2. The unit price in the quotation sheet includes the content

The above shipping fees include shipping fees, customs clearance fees, and delivery fees, but do not include fines, return fees, redelivery fees, and remote fees caused by customer reasons.

3. Return and reshipment fee

UK: Return fee of RMB20/ticket, reshipment fee of RMB20/ticket to different countries. Other European countries: Return fee of RMB 30 per ticket, reshipment fee of RMB 50 per ticket for each country.

4. Delivery address requirements

Amazon warehouse addresses and European affiliated islands do not provide delivery services.

5. Acceptable products

Only accept general merchandise products.

6. Refuse to accept products

1) We do not accept any branded or infringing products (as recorded on the Customs Intellectual Property Protection website, website: http://202.127.48.148/zscq/search/jsp/vBrandSearchIndex.jsp ）.

2) Pure electricity, liquid powder, alcohol, perfume, nail polish, chemicals, knives, matches, lighters, laser pens, drugs, guns and ammunition and other contraband are not acceptable.

7. Shipping requirements

1) UK: Products with a declared value exceeding $175 are not accepted, and the minimum declared value per KG must not be less than USD2.5/KG; If the declared value reaches $20 (including $20) to $175, a 20% value-added tax will be levied, and the shipment will be charged directly at 20% of the declared price without providing a tax invoice. Our company has the right to add value-added tax.

2) Other European countries: do not accept products with a declared value exceeding $165, and the minimum declared value per KG shall not be less than USD2.4/KG; If the declared value reaches $24 (including $24) to $165, a 21% value-added tax will be incurred, and it will be charged directly at 21% of the declared price upon shipment. No tax invoice will be provided, and our company has the right to add value-added tax.

3) All countries declare item descriptions: To improve customs clearance efficiency, please do not use general characters such as sample, Accessories, Gift, Parts, Tools, etc. in the item description; If the declaration does not match, resulting in customs clearance delays, returns, or detention, all consequences shall be borne by the sender.

4) Outer packaging label requirements: The minimum package size for all packages is 15CM * 11CM * 1cm. Please label correctly for easy scanning and accurate delivery.

5) CE mark: Electronic products must bear the CE mark. Otherwise, if they are inspected by customs, the product will be confiscated and even fined. If there are any related expenses caused by CE mark issues, the sender shall bear them.

8. Compensation standards

(Our company accepts claims within 30-60 days after shipment, and claims will not be accepted after the deadline):

1) Unreclaimed loss: refund fee+declared price compensation, with a maximum total not exceeding RMB 200 per ticket.

2) Lost after extraction: No refund of shipping fee, only compensation for declared price, up to RMB 100/ticket.
